Link your bank account to our accounting software and receive our dedicated app. Have a designated business bank account (for sole traders, this can be a spare account that you use for your business) with online banking access.

Raise invoices when you need to - wherever you are. Use our online accounting software to raise invoices for customers. Our software means that you can create and send invoices wherever you are – even from your smartphone.

Capture receipts – simply snap and send and we’ll do the rest. Using our app, simply take a picture of your receipt and send it to our dedicated email address. Via a bank feed, your business or dedicated bank account links to our online accounting software. This removes the need for sending bank statements to us as your bank transactions are received daily. This feed gives you accurate and up-to-date information, giving you transparency in your accounts.

Step Four

View your accounts online, anywhere, and at any time. Using our accounting software, you can view your accounts and accounting reports (Your Business Plus package) at any time. Should you need to discuss your accounts, we can view the information at the same time as you and make adjustments in real time. As we aim to make accounting easy, we offer telephone availability during the evening and weekends (by arrangement) at no charge.
